      Pros

      If you like working extra hard, by yourself, in a small office with little to no supervision: give it a shot.

      Cons

      overburden employees, short-staffed with no comparable benefits, working for a privately owned international company with very little interest in US operations. Org structure changes like the wind based, staff was ~7 people for the entire Americas region.

      Pros

      There are very little pros to this place. If you consider it a pro.... they cater lunch when you are working 10 - 11 hour days for 2 weeks straight (yes even weekends) during their peak holidays.

      Cons

      The teams are overstretched and heavily burdened. When I shared all the work I did at my desk with a friend of mine who worked in advertising, she mentioned I was doing the work of an entire department at her ad agency!
