Under paid, no automatically paid holidays, no vacation or sick time until after a year of employment. Amatuers! The growing pains of a new business are something you will deal with on a daily basis. And lets say you help ease those pains through new techniques or procedures, get ready to have your credit sucked up by your manager. All departments are dealing with this issue and management is too blind or doesn't care enough to do anything about it. Fusion hires cheap, inexperienced people and tells the world they are specialists. This system of hiring has only served to propel the inept up the ranks to positions of authority they are not equipped for. This makes working under these people difficult and frustrating and thus, causes an employee turn over rate that rivals fast food. When I started I genuinely wanted to help this company grow and become a contender in the marketplace. Now after a short time I'm looking for the closest exit and I hope Fusion falls flat on their face.

Pay is horrible, movement within the company is possible but don't expect a new title or a pay raise with the new position, you work on holidays, year end review is a complete joke because management doesn't even care to spend proper time with you to evaluate your role within the company. Beware of Fusion, you'll have a better experience working at McDonalds.
