      If you work hard you can definitely make money

      The most toxic environment. It does not need to be so cut throat and management is sooo awful and it starts all the way from the top. Have heard the CEO scold managers and then they go and scold us. All they do is say how much potential you have and then yell at you. This job could also be perfmored remotely ans CEO wants us in office at all times as he lacks any trust. Turn over this year alone for a start up has been about 5 people and it’s a small business…. Also lacks diversity

      Honestly, probably too many to list *One of the worst cultures I have ever worked for *Constant state of worry about your future at the company and the future of the company *Immaturity in management *Unprofessional management *Below Fed regulated rates for mileage *Condescending treatment by Senior Management *No recognition for good performance unless you are friends with management *Highest employee turnover rate that I have ever seen at a company *The worst micromanaging I have ever experienced *Zero trust in employees

      Pros

      There are some really great directors/VPs in the Rochester branch.

      Cons

      Not all that LGBT friendly, no diversity to speak of. Leadership in way over their heads, and don’t have a lot of trust in those beneath them, so there’s a lot of micromanagement and not a lot of progress. Mostly everyone’s just stressed and busy all the time.
