Pros

Flexible and fast-paced working environment with exposure to different operational scenarios and client coordination. The experience helped improve my communication, multitasking, problem-solving, and manpower management skills. Team members are generally supportive, and the role provides valuable experience in handling real-time operations and workforce scheduling.

Cons

Operations can sometimes become highly demanding, especially during peak periods or when dealing with urgent manpower requests and system-related issues. Processes and communication may occasionally feel rushed due to the fast-moving nature of the business.

To remedy this, we made the important decision to move away from an outsourced vendor and have been building our dedicated, in-house People's team since April 2025. This new team is now actively working on creating better support systems and processes for all employees. Your feedback on the lack of growth opportunities and misaligned management is also heard loud and clear. These are critical issues that our leadership team, in partnership with our new People's team, is focused on addressing. Your comments will be used as part of our ongoing review to improve internal communication, create clearer career development paths, and ensure our management provides the support our teams need to succeed.
