      Pros

      * good environment and instruments (powerful PCs, height adjustable tables etc) * wonderful colleagues * flexible working hours * per-year company trips to a foreign country (staying in a 5-star all-inclusive hotel) * free English lessons in office * tea, coffee, fruits in office * good salary

      Cons

      * most of projects are legacy * limited possibility to use modern technogies and tools due to legacy projects * code-review and other actions to improve quality of code are pretty rare * small teams, no tutoring/mentorship * limited possibility to grow at work (no paid courses, master-class etc) * not transparent salary schema
