Overall, a good company to work for and to gain experience. If you're ambitious you could work 70-80 per week during the busy season.
Generally speaking, if a situation arose where help was needed with a CNC machine there's a good chance that you'll be waiting awhile for anyone to come by to fix it and ultimately get scolded because it was down for so long. Not to mention going 10 to 12 hours without a break.
Advice to Management
Bring back the bonus program that you've been promising everyone for years. Try giving raises to employees other than family members to the current managers and engineers, they work harder than family in an attempt, no matter how small, to get job that a member of your extended family gets to wall into because of relation.
