Federal Screw Works interview questions

It was a short interview covering the basics of the company and job details. The interview was only between HR and the applicant, we discussed experience and where a good fit would be in the plant. Overall it was quite relaxed and pleasant. At the end of the interview you would generally know if you had gotten the position or not.
