Pros
1. An environment which gives you a lot of freedom to work , Implement your agenda and others. 2. Can learn to manage work in a lean manner 3.Excellent work environment and less pressure. 4.Can able to work in multi faceted departments.
Cons
1. Very slow and gradual growth. 2. Less motivation from the leaders and team playing is less. 3. Just a clock work everyday , No more new things to do.
