Pros

-Casual Dress -Everyone is gets along great outside of work -Have cookouts 3 times a year -Have a family outing once a year as well

Cons

• Few opportunities for advancement • Never told when you are doing a good job. Just when you are not. There are no rewards ever for being a good employee • High turnover • Expected to lie on a daily basis • Unethical practices • Make you work Saturdays then changed the work week from Sunday-Saturday to Saturday-Friday to avoid paying overtime • Constantly changing the commission scale to get employees to work even harder for their commissions than they already do.

Pros

Coworkers are generally nice people.

Cons

Upper management is not collaborative and employees are not treated with respect. Managers continually talk down to all and it is not uncommon for cursing, sometimes loudly, to erupt on floor. Upper management is completely disconnected to today's world of business and how office culture is today. Your career will consist of making 100+ calls/day. Also, their benefits are questionable. 401k match only if company "makes money". Completely arbitrary.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. As with any inside sales organization, the expectation is that sales associates will make a high volume of calls in order to generate sales. Fetch offers a wide selection of benefits including a generous employer contribution on health insurance, ample paid time off, and a variety of additional insurance options. There has been a match made to employee 401k's every year, the amount of which is determined by the prior years performance as we believe in tying rewards to performance. We do not condone disrespect or cursing within our office from management or any other employee. Over the past few months, we have made changes to our management structure and encourage employees to reach out to any member of management they are comfortable with to discuss concerns so that we can continue to progress as an organization.
