The environment is pretty tough because of one of the owners. If it weren’t for dealing with him every day, the job itself wouldn’t be so bad. If you think you’ve been micromanaged before, imagine that but cranked up even higher. It wasn’t just the micromanaging either, it was the constant belittling of how recruiters do their jobs and the need to control even the simplest things that really don’t matter in this industry.
If you are given the "opportunity" to work here, just do your research, talk to people who have worked there in the past, the amount of people that have quit because of this it's increadible.
