      Terrible management. No process for anything. Always reacting. Takes too long to correct anything. They let great people go.

      Great team, great people, work hard play hard environment. A product that’s exciting

      Cons

      Toxic work environment. There is no leadership.. everyone fears retaliation if there’s no delivery.. Saw a bunch of teammates on rev Gen leave or get fired. No one trusts anything. Everyone is scared to say anything in fear of their jobs. A lot of empty promises and an unhealthy fear of the future. Even when you produce, you’re still scared. Very toxic. Never used to be like this

      Fieldin has a very strong and capable team. If Agriculture is your passion, fieldin is the place for you! Entire team is driven by the mission and values of serving growers. Great collaborative environment

      Definitely high expectations and a work hard play hard mentality. Not for those who just want a paycheck
