    Pros

    There are always projects to work on and the company is continuously growing. The pay and vacation days are good. If you have a family emergency they don't give you any hassle.

    Cons

    Benefits and 401k are average with the market

    Pros

    Great staff to work with. Tremendous potential offering a service that is in high demand with not a lot of competitors.

    Cons

    Office space is small. Poor benefits-no 401k matching. Really high turnover stifles momentum and the potential of this firm. Moral is low as a result of constant turnover of great people leaving.

    Advice to Management

    Need to keep employees happy so they don't leave before 12 months.

    I have been working at Financial Tracking Technologies full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    The employees are kind and helpful and will cause you very little stress. Compensation is very good. I am not interested in working in this industry for the long run but from what I can tell the company has a business model that is working very well for them.

    Cons

    The office is small and kind of cramped. If there is one thing the company should change it is to move into a bigger space more fitting of a company of their caliber.

    Pros

    I have worked with Financial Tracking for approximately two years and continue to be challenged on a daily basis. As a fast paced SaaS Company in a very competitive environment with very demanding clients, I am continuously impressed with the competency, character, and chemistry of the team members as they address day-to-day requirements. The company’s continuous strides for excellence are evidenced by their investment in technology and commitment to the employees. Management fosters optimism and a sense of pride with the products and services offered; are very inclusive with decisions affecting daily activities and makes all efforts to promote from within.

    Cons

    (Although I do not perceive this as a con) Lean staff requires individuals to take on multiple roles.

    Advice to Management

    Continue the good work

    Company is ok at marketing itself

    Cons

    Owner tries to wear all hats and gets nothing done properly and firm has bad reputation in industry

    Advice to Management

    Stop bothering ex-employees and focus on what really matters like putting out products that work instead of looking at LinkedIn profiles and harassing all the real winners who have left.

    p.s. There are no middle managers at this 18 person firm.

    Pros

    Co-workers are of great caliber and want to do the right thing for the company and customers.

    Cons

    Overpromising and under-delivering to customers and prospects, micro-managing of employees by management, lack of respect shown to employees by management. It's a revolving door of employees because working for management becomes unbearable.

    Advice to Management

    Set proper expectations for employees, customers and prospects. Learn to trust employees more.

    A paycheck most of the time...

    Cons

    Over worked required to wear too many hats.
    No benefits at all
    Bonus' are a myth. So are raises.
    Extreme turn over at all positions. Interview Pro Tip: Ask about tenure and turnover.
    No benefits, bonus' or raises.
    Shampoo, lather, rinse and repeat. Seriously.
    Pretty much the entire office is looking for other jobs.
    You'll need to take multiple personality tests and jump through hoops to give the impression of stringent standards.
    No integrity and/or honesty.
    Manipulation and coercion by the Principal
    Payroll has known to be spotty

    Advice to Management? For some reason,peope like to be treated with respect, dignity and honesty. Not lied to, misled, and treated like something expendible.

    Pros

    Somehow the first has hired a great team of people.

    Cons

    The owner is way too involved. Bonuses are nonexistent, there are no raises, the office environment is dirty. Promises to employees are rarely kept. Ethics at the highest level are questionable at best. The worst part is how people are treated and taken advantage of. Accept employment here only if the alternative is starvation and homelessness.

    Positive advice falls on deaf ears at this establishment.

    Employees are not micromanaged and are encouraged to think outside of the box. The culture of the firm is centered around teamwork and continued success of the whole. It is a fast pace environment where everyone is expected to contribute. The firm is big on promoting from within.

    Cons

    The firm rewards people who work hard but for those who are looking to do just enough to get by, Financial Tracking is not for you.
