      Pros

      Lots of opportunity if willing to work hard! New CEO is making great changes. Empowering staff, encouraging growth, taking better care of members and employees. This is definitely the place to work if you are looking for a long-term career! Great overall benefits package! Work/life balance encouraged!

      Medical benefits are ok. Can be expensive with a family, but it is hard to find cost-effective medical plans at most employers. Compensation is slightly below national average, but still decent.

      First flight gave me the platform to grow in my role while providing me with the tools to be successful. I had support from the E team throughout my employment.
