    Easy to get hired with them

    Cons

    All the focus is on sales. You have a monthly goal of how many accounts you are required to open. If you do not meet your so called "GOAL" you get written up and you do not get your incentive for the accounts that you did open.

    Advice to Management

    reward people that are better at operations, because without strong people in operations, your business will fail.
