I have been working at First Source full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Recognition and support for successful agents. Close family atmosphere within the teams. They do not micromanage- do a good job and they leave you alone. The floor managers always recognize good agents and will help them get promoted.

    Cons

Upper management can be disorganized and dishonest- they promote incentives without disclosing all the requirements so they don't have to honor when it comes time to pay up. They also have a tendency to let issues get out of hand and then go over board to try to fix it.

    Advice to Management

Be honest and open with your staff- they can handle it. Make the rules apply to everyone and be consistent.

    Pros

Offered full time hours, and promise of a bonus structure.

    Cons

It was clear within the first week of training that the company did not value their employees. Myself along with multiple coworkers at the time were lied to in the interview process and I received racist and discriminating comments during my interview! The leadership is pathetic and they make no sort of effort to work with their employees schedules. My beginning training class started with 50 individuals and by the fifth week of training there was not even half of that. I voluntarily quit at the end of the fifth week of training after being unfairly "written up".

    Advice to Management

It would benefit your leadership to take a little more time and effort to see what your employees value in a company. I have never been treated so poorly by a company in my life.
