Pros

Occasional product from brand partners.

Cons

Fit2Run was, unfortunately, the worst professional experience I’ve had. The culture is toxic and hostile, and it was clear that many corporate employees were unhappy due to the treatment from upper management and the overall work environment. Appreciation for employees was virtually nonexistent which leads to their consistent high turnover rate. The physical office conditions reflected that same lack of care. During the Florida summer, employees were expected to work for weeks without functioning air conditioning. The building itself is outdated and poorly maintained, and it wasn’t uncommon for there to be unpleasant odors in the office. There is no work-from-home structure, but you will consistently receive and send emails across the office due to limited collaboration and communication. Morale among corporate staff was extremely low. There was little sense of camaraderie or positive team culture. Compensation was also below industry standards. While a bonus structure was presented during onboarding, receiving earned bonuses often required repeated follow ups. Annual raises, if given, were minimal and did not keep up with the cost of living. Overall, it was a disappointing experience that highlighted significant issues with leadership, workplace culture, and employee support.

Overworked and underpaid, too much turnover, corporate doesn’t care about you, too much bottom line approach
