      Pros

      Some genuinely good people at the company who make the day-to-day worthwhile.

      Cons

      Workload and deadlines are relentless with little acknowledgement of the pressure this creates. Office politics can make it difficult to get things done. Support from above is limited, and senior leadership can feel very distant and unapproachable — a basic sense of being seen or valued is often missing. No reward for hard work. Anyone looking to work here - I would stay away.
