Could be better

Pros

Good work atmosphere. Co-workers except for a few seem pretty easy to work with but most the time you work alone. If you prefer that, it's a plus. 40 hours a week all year, and health insurance.

Cons

Isolated from any real help in the field. If you have any questions, problems or suggestions there no set path to be heard by anyone who gets things done. Benefits and pay could be a lot better to get employees to stay long-term.

Pros

Great people to work with, fun startup environment. Many folks there were passionate about making the company work. Company really worked on diversity in the trades.

Cons

Typical story of the haves and have nots. Leadership got standard benefits and yearly promotions, while hourly workers only got the minimum PTO required by law, and no raises for over 2 years due to economic conditions. Mike Evans spent more time on his boat than in the office. When you don't do right by your employees, it is no wonder you go out of business.

Pros

It used to be a great place to work. Guaranteed 40 hour paid week. Health insurance. Stock options. A full training program.

Cons

With the hiring of corporate minded upper managers, the focus on training and doing quality work gave way to substandard work and unqualified Fixers being sent into the home. In April 2024 the entire staff was let go with no warning, no severance, no explanation. Now the same name and marketing materials are being used to market a "re-launch". Meanwhile
