      RTO policy is comical. Playing favorites with promotions leads to unqualified individuals receiving those promotions, creating a feeling of dismay amongst qualified individuals who get passed over. Way too many individuals within this company who are “too good to respond” to your requests or messages. Countless times of reaching out to certain departments and never getting a response. Common theme of setting goals amongst teams and abandoning them/sweeping them under the rug not long after
