If you're looking for basic experience and don't mind being taken advantage of and underpaid, this could be a good option for you. Otherwise, BE VERY CAREFUL. Their pay is significantly lower than the market because they 'Take a chance' on new developers. They are trying to grow as a company and will do anything to save a dollar. You will be expected to work more than 40 hours a week to accomplish the given tasks. You will not be compensated for working over time or your on-call shift (which is just customer service, nothing to do with development). They will continuously add more responsibility to your plate without providing a clear direction. Management is a joke and do not seem to care what employees are concerned about. They are a startup, be prepared to go through their growing pains at your expense.
