      I have been working at FocusPoint Intl for almost a year and it has been wonderful. I adjusted so well and quickly into the team and work culture. This was largely because of the support from my supervisors and management. They create a happy and positive environment that makes you feel at home and welcomed. If you are looking for a home away from home, FocusPoint Intl is where you should be.

The work itself is incredibly rewarding — being part of an organization that responds to real emergencies and provides global assistance gives every shift a sense of purpose. It’s not just a job; it’s a constant reminder that what we do makes a difference. What stands out most to me is the teamwork and communication. No matter the situation, everyone here works together seamlessly, which makes even the busiest days feel manageable. I’ve developed strong critical-thinking skills, learned to stay calm under pressure, and grown more confident in my decision-making. Overall, I can confidently say that joining FocusPoint was one of the best choices I’ve made. It came at just the right moment, and I’m grateful to be part of a team that challenges me, supports me, and celebrates wins together.

      Fast-Paced Environment: The workload can be intense during peak hours or global incidents, which requires strong time management and adaptability. High-Responsibility Role: Because of the nature of crisis response, there’s little room for error — it can be stressful at times, but it builds resilience. Shift Work: Rotating 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends, can be challenging to adjust to, though it’s balanced by extended days off.

      None, this place is ran but a Vice president who is rude has anger issues and love to retaliate

      Everything about this job. From the owner all the way down to the VP of operations who has anger issues and knows nothing about the job, and his protege the director of operations who has a disqualified RN and paramedic license in Florida due to massive complaints
