      Pros

      Experience, if you have little. Good place to get your foot in the door and move on to better things at the first opportunity.

      Cons

      This place gave me really bad anxiety the entire time I was there. I had stress dreams for months. I've thought about writing this review for a while but haven't because I didn't want to put the energy in it. Honestly, this place was really emotionally damaging to me. Mainly due to one person in upper management. Sadly, that person trickles down into the entire company and the rest of management won't stand up to him. Thankfully, I have moved on to a company that values me as a worker and a human being. I am much happier now.

      Pros

      The some of the people are great but they are in the same sinking boat as you are. Work from home on Fridays, since the development/design teams are in Vietnam.

      Cons

      Upper management likes to yell at employees like they are children. No structure at all. Management lies to employees, never takes responsibility, will be quick to throw anyone under the bus. No communication from management, they will be out of office and not tell anyone, say they have an open door policy but get confused when you try to talk to them. Training is a joke, they blame you for not knowing something when they never actually trained you. There are many negative reviews for a reason, trust us.
