Avoid - Sinking Ship With Lying Unstable CEO

Brilliant teammates, interesting concept, good pay before you get let go right after you finish a project or right before 1 year vesting

Cons

CEO has temper tantrums, micro manages, fires people on whim. Recently fired main SW developer during a tantrum and has no replacement and set back progress a year min. Fires people while they are on vacation. Will verbally assault employees and send terrible texts and slack messages to employees. Lies to investors, employees and main customer about the status of the technology and the company. Do not leave a job to work here. Promises made during recruiting will not be kept. Consider this a temp job no matter what was promised. You will be let go right before you reach one year.

Pros

Great pay, great people. Clean shop and new equipment.

Cons

Inexperienced leadership and management with no prior experience in a machine shop and production environment. Work day and production is very chaotic. No production planning or capacity planning whatsoever. Management likes to micromanage. Very poor communication. No company structure. Promising product deliveries to customers which they cannot meet. No stability and uncertain future.

They will buy you pizza from time to time. Management and supervisors will hear you out on issues

Cons

Very high turnover. Lots of people quitting, or they are fired for petty reasons. Short staffed Consistently told there is no money for raises. Not aloud to take much time off. Sick or vacation leave. Hours are often incorrect. No opportunity for advancement
