    Over worked under paid and managements supervisors are so rude and disrespectful

    To treat your hard working employees with respect and fair wages so they don't volunteerly quit.

    A great way to learn about management and how to deal with adversity if you are a beginner or entry level supervisor/manager

    Cons

    Long hours. Terrible upper management. Lie about 5 day work weeks (6 days is the actual norm) unorganized schedules. Lack of accountability.

    Advice to Management

    Fix the scheduling issues and fix the temporary fixes with important production equipment and you’ll fix the business.

    family owned, decent but not great benefits, status quo, provincial and small thinking

    terrible management, no direction, big egos, need lots of changes to improve morale

    Can have an old school management structure and mentality, long hours and off time dedication needed to move up within the company.

    Develop your supervisors with strong programs and exposure to various aspects of the company.
