    Work life balance is respectable. Company feels and operates smaller than it is.

    Cons

    "Family" culture is quickly diminishing and becoming very corporatized with silos. Trust is degrading quickly.

    Great co-workers, and mid-management that really cares. Great benefits for the most part.

    Cons

    Not a lot of follow through when it comes to special projects.

    If your looking to attract and retain top talent, consider increasing your commitment to the continued development of the new talent (offering paid certification training, or reimbursements)

    -Favoritism
    -Management doesn't know what they are doing and put blame lower staff.
    -No room for promotion from within the company.

    Close to home, convenient hours. Job is good to prepare you for a real paying job

    Cons

    PAY $17 for a class A Socal driver... benefits not so good... drive old equipment with 700,000+ miles

    Advice to Management

    Good local management but to northern you are out of sight out of mind.
