I have been working at Foster Farms full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Convenient schedule. One have 3 day routes for higher seniority and 4 day routes for lower seniority drivers. You start at @17.53.

    Cons

Top pay is $17.53 also. No bonus ever. Company wants to get as much out of you. Always forced to work on days off due to company not being able to hire new drivers due to pay.
