I worked at Foster Farms full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The pros about Foster Farms is at fault whatsoever in regards to foster mom I enjoy their food and I will keep enjoying the food but graveyard is the reason why I had to look elsewhere because people say that you get used to graveyard however I never did now I know that so it was a good learning experience and hundred percent is good to buy.

    Cons

There's actually no cons of working there besides the point that I have a contest against working graveyard and thanks to them or else I would never know that so I learned that I can't work graveyard that's what I learned from working there.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing and.

    Advice to Management

If your looking to attract and retain top talent, consider increasing your commitment to the continued development of the new talent (offering paid certification training, or reimbursements)

I worked at Foster Farms full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

year round work, free turkeys at thanksgiving

    Cons

birds are not as in commercials, they are staged in reality they dont care about the birds and even less about the employees who work out on the ranches and do the majority of the work in the company. the people who work out on raches get paid the least and the people who work in an office get more money.

    Advice to Management

Try working out on the ranches for 1 week using your own vehicle, not company vehicle!
