    Pros

    Working for the Big Boys!

    Cons

Working for the Man. Hard to be fleet of foot with a large corporate mentality. It's easy for people to be complacent when they don't feel the heat of competition directly.

    Advice to Management

Encourage individual responsibility and get priorities straight. It's hard to steer a ship with this many people and competing priorities. Set the agenda with laser focus.
