They fly people out often so it's good for people who like traveling. They have good benefits and there's good work, life balance.
Cons
A lot of politics and full of business people rather than tech people. Those who "play the game" get to the top, not the ones with actual skillsets. No room for growth.
Founders' "No Jerks (I had to paraphrase)" policy was truly evident. Great people to work with. Great product. Exciting place and exciting time to be doing the work.
