Pros
The company participates in many different kinds of projects, which continues to pique your interest. I personally enjoy variety, so I get to learn new things every assignment. The owners are very hands-on and take great care of their employees.
Cons
The hours can get long on certain days, but they are manageable when paced correctly.

Rewarding environment to work in. We get a wide variety of projects, so always something new to learn. Management promotes growth and development of employees by encouraging them to take on new challenges and giving opportunity for training as much as possible. The coworkers are all really pleasant to work with and reliable. The owners are passionate about their business and are always finding new opportunities for growth and new business in really interesting, cutting edge industries and allowing for current employees to grow with the company. Overall a great company to work for if you want to learn a lot and really take ownership and pride in your work.
Cons
Hours can be long on occasion depending on how project schedules line up, but base compensation is pretty good, which makes up for it. I know that's not everyone's cup of tea, though.
