I worked at French Connection full-time

    Pros

the employee discount. Full time staff gets a very large clothing allowance and store staff gets a monthly allowance and 70% off full price items.

    Cons

disfunctional, unorganized, the entire PR department no long exists, messy, they fire people without any internal communication, London makes all the rules and nothing they decide fits the US market. This is for store and corporate.

    Advice to Management

Stephen Marks must retire or hand the reigns to someone who can revive the company. There's no way its making any money.
