      Pros

      Very knowledgeable senior PMs with a wealth of things to learn from. Direct Senior PMs have your back. Upper management does not. Attempts to micromanage and expects that you work long hours because they do.

      Cons

      Frontier consistently over extends their resources and sells cheap jobs that dont make money. They are not in touch with reality of what it takes to survey,design,and manage tenant improvements
