I have been working at Funambol full-time

    Pros

Funambol works with large companies in the mobile and cloud industries, where there is a lot of innovation, which makes for a fast-paced and interesting working environment.

    Cons

Funambol competes indirectly against some very large tech companies that have a lot of resources, sometimes, it can be a bit of a david-vs.-goliath scenario, but this also makes it challenging.

    Advice to Management

Nothing really that management is not already aware of, keep doing the things that the company is doing to remain successful.

The development team in Funambol is highly skilled and motivated. There is a lot to learn and to share, both in terms of technology and of agile process.
