Pros
My experience at Funomena was full of creativity, freedom, variety, good pay and non-violent games. My work-life balance was glorious. I felt productive and energized while working and still had plenty of time to socialize and create in my free time. I was always given freedom to explore my own ideas and try my hand at game design
Cons
As with all small independent studios, money is often a source of stress. We did have to worry about funding and whether we would make it to the next project. This can feel unstable and did eventually lead us into territory that wasn't as in line with our original goals
