I worked at FusionOne full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Great company, lots of innovation, strong team
Global, mobile space, large customer base

    Cons

Carrier oriented, therefore it takes years to bring products to customers

    Advice to Management

Since company was acquired, it is hard to make any recommendations - it is different company right now, much larger - although as far as I know many of the pros remain

    Doesn't Recommend
    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

If you're in the right department and know the right senior management, it's an easy place to hide and get paid obscenely for doing very little. Due to the company's culture, it's also a great training ground for learning office politics.

    Cons

It's a deeply political work environment with limited opportunity for advancement beyond the role you're hired for. If you're not prepared, well-equipped, and excited by the opportunity to knife-fight politically you will not do well here.

    Advice to Management

This place needs a culture transplant to hire and retain bright people. Unfortunately, the culture is set by senior management and so it seems unlikely to change.
