Did I get the job or not?

Pros

The people I interviewed with seemed nice...even if I had to wait an hour passed my interview time because the person who was going to interview me was on a call.

Cons

Waited an hour to be interviewed. I was hired by email so I accepted the position by email. I asked a couple of question about start date, how many hours I would work and compensation. I never heard back from them after that. I tried calling the office but there isn't a phone number for the NYC offices. I sent another email to see if I was still being offered the position and never heard back. Finally, 2 weeks later, I received an automated email stating that I wasn't qualified for the position. So it was very misleading and confusing.

Pros

laid back environment, exposure to cool brands

Cons

Mgmt is grossly unprofessional and in many instances unethical. You will often see people yelling at each other in front of different employees. Mgmt are bosses, not leaders.

Terrible

Pros

Exposure to cool brands, free snacks (bananas, cereal and trail mix)

Cons

Lots of great ideas, but no budget. Operations are constantly failing (think broken record) which causes subscriber base to be unstable and the team works long hours to help the operations team manage issues. Staff are also required to be available to management 24/7.
