I worked at GS Caltex full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Provides a decent pay for employees, nice fringe benefits, and career development opportunities.
Nice people who don't want to leave the company.

    Cons

Not that innovative. Everything seems like being stuck in the status quo. So many people in the upper management, so it's very tough to get promoted to an executive level
