Pros
GSI has truly set the bar as an employer. From the excellent team environment to the numerous opportunities for growth and success, the company truly understands what it means to care about their employees. Not to mention the extreme care they take to ensure the satisfaction of all employees, as well as flexibility and work-life balance. It is definitely a company I will recommend working for if the opportunity presents itself.
Cons
I don't have any cons for GSI. The company wants to hear from their employees about ways they can change and ensure their staff is always happy.

Remote Employees and 4-Day Work Week Before it Was Cool
Feb 8, 2023 - Senior Solutions ConsultantRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
All-Remote Company, 4-Day Work Weeks, leadership group that encourages professional development, always evolving. Would rather find a different role in company than firing you. Encourages cross-departmental training. VP-level leaders are approachable and available.
Cons
De-centralized nature can make it hard to understand hierarchy and who is actually employed there. Onboarding new employees could be better organized as it definitely feels like your drinking from a firehose. These points are very minor as GSI is BY FAR the best company I've ever worked for.

It's really a great place to work, very welcoming for new hires with a structured path for promotions and learning. I felt very comfortable from day 1. Leadership shares a clear vision of taking care of employees and clients, top priority. Good pay and benefits, nice vacation policy. I do feel as if I'm listened to and treated with respect, the people and culture make the difference here. It has been a very good experience for me.
Cons
Growing business, some red tape but less than other jobs I've had. Overall, very good experience and no glaring cons.
