Pros
Good benefits, compatible pay, most people are nice. OK first time job if you don't stick around for too long.
Cons
Company not willing to invest in itself and their own employees even with great annual profits. Management likes to talk about everyone behind their backs. Use free open source programs that are hard to work with. Write their own internal software to keep an eye on their employees. Ran by bunch of engineers who never worked anywhere else, no real management or proper HR department. Greedy.
