- Current Employee, more than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
Great company with really strong leadership. Working there has benefited me and aided me in my future pursuits. A really fun culture to work in.
Cons
Some down sides to working there predominantly had to deal with a handful of the other workers. Just normal back and forth stuff, nothing too major. Still a great place to work.

Gamesa Technology, Langhorne, PA Assistant to Chief Business Officer 2/16/08 - 11/11/09
RecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Supported Chief Business Officer: scheduling appointments, correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, time keeping and expense reports. Voluntarily supported five department heads which saved company two years administrative salaries. Implemented electronic library of conference presentations, committee meetings, and newsletter information which comprised a single-source reference for all managers' use in workshops, training, sales, and presentations. Consulted consistently and requested for software resolution issues. Redirected clients concern for resolution to appropriate department contact. Created PowerPoint presentations promoting manufacturing concepts to groups of students, public officials and customers.
Cons
Supporting upper management was challenging due to their pressures and attitudes but the company as a whole was an awesome company to work for, only negative is that there was too much turnover due to changes in corporate ideas of how to run a USA company from Spain! Thats why all the CEOs of all Gamesa's Corporations in USA and their assistants were laid off at the same time and exchanged with new management! Cutting costs and personnel isn't always the best move for a company.
