Pros
They respect theyr employee's and don't kick you out even if you have to refuse a contract.Pay it's average like most of the industry,hopefully the syndicate will negociate something better soon.
Cons
They can be pretty stubborn and keep calling sometimes even when you are not available for work due to a life event.Some contracts can be pretty far.(100km+).
