To many! The workforce is severely depleted not enough people available to take on what upper management feels should be accomplished, not by a longshot There training is terrible no foresight or structure just inconsistent and sporadic details. Work is so overwhelming and not realistically distributed, you end up everyday unsatisfied no matter how hard you work. It's demoralizing and stressful you simply aren't able to leave the office feeling accomplished just burdened. The management treats anyone in an entry-level position like a child. There is no dignity in the work environment just because you pay people doesn't give you the right to compromise there dignity. Essentially if you work for this company expect to do a job that there is no way to be competent in because you get too much on your plate and are constantly being rerouted to do other peoples jobs.

Labor intensive work, extremely heavy work load without any help, a lot of micro management without any real management, zero compassion or care for field employees, management always seem to be in a meeting and aren't available to help or take calls, and they make no attempt to make field employees jobs any easier.
