Pros
I can't think of any. They will use empty words to lure you in and treat you like crap.
Cons
Too many... 1. Poor management in business. No strategic plan for long term development of their overseas business. Their mind is everchaning from opening business and closure in the blink of an eye. 2. Below industry average pay. 3. Poor company benefits. When I first joined the company their health plan was fair and next year the employee portion of payment went up. 4. No room for growth. Like I mentioned, the upper management team is based in Headquarter in China and they are short sighted literally have no plan on growing business in U.S.
