      Pros

      Freedom to manage my territory without too much supervision. Reporting and forecasting was not micro managed which allowed me to spend more time selling and supporting dealers.

      Cons

      Products were not the best on the market and quality was questionable. We were like the ugly step child to Dexis which seemed to get more support from Danaher.

      Management and upper management really care about how you feel. The Teir II technicians help you to understand technical issues and want you learn so you can be a better Support Tech.

      Cons

      None to really list. You come in, do your job, and you have no issues from management.
