      Pros

      Opprotunity for sales people to make over $100K. Home office with freedom to set your own schedule. They pay all expensses for home office. Very low base salary but very attractive commission plan.

      Cons

      Low base salary. Company has no direction. No leads, sale people have to produce all their own opportunities. There is no opprortunity for advancement. Customer service is understaffed which causes poor customer service.

      Pros

      You are able to take as much initiative as you wish to take control of your own work and make things happen. If you're interested in building a career, this could either be a stepping stone or maybe even a landing point.

      Cons

      Mobility is limited due to size of company. Once you come in at a salary, chances are that won't change much over time.

      Pros

      Government contract support work is largely stable provided you are on a winning team. The hours are reasonable, the workplace environment is decent, most of the employees are dedicated to doing the best job they can for the customer.

      Cons

      Government contracts don't necessarily allow for fast salary growth because the support roles are well established. If you are a direct charge employee you need to make sure your skill sets are in demand and that you've established good customer rapport and loyalty to ensure long term employment.
