      Pros

      Small-sized company, which makes it easy to know people.

      Cons

      The company has a lot of nepotism. The MD hired his best man as IT manager, his wife as Projects Manager, his sister-law as the Head of HR and all the others have a relationship in one way or another. Not the best place to work
