Promotion from within. managers have actually been out in the field, this is required to manage. Great benefits including paternity leave. Diverse workforce. Intern program where an intern eventually became a principal. Fun company outings. Caring management. Generous vacation and 10 days sick leave per year. year end bonuses in good times. Management is on a first name basis, not stuffy. All are treated equally.
