Pros
The only advantage working for this company is that it provided a paycheck and was close to home for me. They always seem to have work and need employees to do the work. Do your homework and check around before signing on the line. There are plenty of past employees in the community.
Cons
Expect: 1) an atmosphere and turnover rate similar to a fast food chain, 2) little to no training opportunities or direction are provided to most technical staff, 3) management will hold staff to standards that don't apply to them, 4) poor employee morale, 5) and a whole lot more.
