Organisation of work / jobs is exceptionally poor a junior school child could perform the task better consequently nobody knows what's going on in relation to their own jobs and you can immediately see that due to the way the place runs. Last minute . Com would be a better name. No responsibility from anyone for example turning up to jobs with a van that someone else has packed up and finding out you don't have all the equipment to do it with again consequently it becomes your fault even though you weren't available to do it yourself . All in all quite unprofessional.
