      Pros

      If one wants to learn CAD, CAM, PLM, this is a good place to start. Fair policies for freshers and junior employees.

      Cons

      No growth opportunities. HR policies are not employee friendly. Who cares attitude towards employee. Managers are interested in micro management, don't have ability to take calculated risks and make money for company. .
