Pros

Hybrid for some supervisors (not all), almost had a good team dynamic, a lot more in cons

Cons

Leadership has no idea what they’re doing, decided to lay off all the real good and hard working people, mobile phlebs included. Leadership said they take everyone’s ideas into consideration, but they don’t. You put in all of your hard work and ideas, some leaders take those ideas and credit themselves. Patient Experience team has no idea what they’re doing, leaving the supervisors and phlebs doing double to triple the work, and they will never own up to their mistakes. Very disappointed with how they handled layoffs. CEO had promised everyone on the first round of layoffs that we were all “safe” and secured with our jobs. Totally was not the case. Ops team has no clue on how to open up markets, didn’t give enough resources to build market from ground up. Expected coordinators to be a mobile phleb along with being a supervisor, leaving little to no room for family time. Def no work/life balance. CEO has no idea what he’s doing. Money is the bigger picture, no regards on how to retain his employees. Great concept of mobile phlebotomy, but they are all over the place. Nothing is in sync. Really disappointed on how they handled things.

Pros

Pay is alright for the most part..

Cons

*If your not kissing managements butt expect to be terminated or laid off *CEO, Ops, management all lie saying there’s “job security” when in fact it’s not the case *Non clinical personal running the company on the ops team makes for no one knowing what is going on *Long hours (no work/life balance) *Company uses people until they no longer need them and then discard them *All of the management team either worked with each other previously or are friends personally *CEO is clueless to what’s going on in his company or how his company funds are being utilized *Lots of people with a title that does not pertain to anything they do or do not contribute to the company in an effective way and are essentially a waste of a salary/pay

Pros

This used to be a company that had some great ideas, and great ethics found it upon, however, due to their many feelings, and the fact that they like to use Uber and DoorDash as a business model, it’s not really the greatest

Cons

They like to do this company like you would a food, business How’s the patient’s any employees are being manipulated and told her to do things that are unethical and honestly don’t make any sense in a medical profession at all
