      Pros

      Sales team is amazing and the only reason why it earned 1 star. No skaters and very good, chill people.

      Cons

      There is no guidance , no training, and no organization for newcomers. When asked how to learn about the products, management will tell you to begin by watching YouTube videos. That’s about where your “training” ends until a representative from a manufacturer comes in and gives the whole team a 30 minute overview. Also they are incredibly understaffed, wanting you to take customers your first day with no knowledge.
