      Pros

      The culture at Giftango is amazing. They go through a rigorous hiring process, which ensures only the brightest minds and best culture fit. Management listens to its employees and they treat us very well.

      Cons

      Growing pains... we're still a "startup" for the most part, but we're growing fast, so there are bound to be some growing pains as new processes are figured out.
